How much does the shipping cost?

• We charge $19 for all domestic-USA, EU and International shipments.
• It is FREE if you order from $99 and above.

Do you ship to USA and Europe?

• Yes, all packages in USA arrives pretty fast with all duties paid within ~5-10 days.
• As for Europe — it will arrive even quicker, since we ship domestically from our EU warehouse (it usually takes ~3-7 days).

How long does the shipping take?

• Usually it takes for us ~12-48 hours to process the order and ship it to your address.
• The shipping time itself will depend on your country. Usually, it takes between 3 to 15 days to receive your parcel.

What if my shipment didn’t come or was held in customs?

That happens extremely rarely. 99% of our shipments successfully reach their destination.

If, however, trouble does occur — don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be able to re-ship your products at no cost or provide a refund.

Be calm & patient — the product is coming from overseas

There is no need to panic if you don’t receive your package in the next 4-7 days. In most cases it’s coming from overseas in a discreet, unlabeled package/box.

How does the parcel appear? Will anybody know there are some ED or PE pills inside?

Absolutely not. All our packages are packed discreetly, without any labels, stickers or etc. mentioning any pills or our brand logo.

It might simply be labeled as “Health product”, “Supplement” or “HP”.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you the tracking number as soon as the package is packed and shipped. Usually within ~12-24 hours.
